Help!!!

My poor pitiful blog~it is in need of a major makeover. I am learning the meaning of, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!". As some of you have seen the recent changes going on, I have been trying to work on it, but its a mess. I just don't have the time or patience to mess with it myself and I am throwing in the towel. Do any of you bloggers out there with your beautiful blogs have a designer you can recommend. I don't want to spend anything outrageous, but definitely am in need of some HELP and my blog definitely is in need of some TLC! Thanks so much!
